Onshore Drilling Rigs & Workover Rigs

Electric Drilling Rig

The electric drive drilling rig is the main product of INTLEF. The winch, mud pump and rotary table or top drive are driven independently which makes the rig with simple drive, easy maintenance, high reliability, easy operation, controllable and comfortable. Electric drilling rigs are categorized into DC drilling rigs (DZ) and AC variable frequency drilling rigs (DB).

Mechanical Drilling Rig

The mechanical drilling rig means the winch and mud pump are driven by a chain box by the diesel engine. The rotary table is driven by the universal shaft of the climbing platform.

Desert Fast Moving Drilling Rig

Desert fast moving drilling rig is mainly electric drive (DC/DB) rig. The whole drilling machine can work and move in the desert zone under different working conditions (base derrick upright, base low derrick upright, base and derrick independent). The traction rig uses large tire movement, and the generator unit, mud pump unit and electric control room are designed to be transported by large module trailers.

Cluster Drilling Rig

The cluster well drilling rig can move longitudinally and laterally without disassembling the drilling rig to meet the needs of Industrial drilling and cluster drilling, and the drilling rig is transported with slide rail / leapfrog type. Cables, high pressure manifolds, low pressure running pipe and vibrating screen tanks are designed to meet the rig movementrequirements.

Island Cluster Well Drilling Rig

The island cluster well drilling rig is suitable for cluster drilling with island single-row or double-row wellhead arrangements.

Workover Rig

The diesel engine transfer case, winch and derrick areplaced on the self-propelled chassis, with double-section telescopic derrick, lifting with liquid cylinder, and derrick rope for anchoring with ground anchor. The base or small repair platform can realize the rapid movement of the workover rig.
